Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 205/06, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.
The customer shall be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs, and return costs in the case of defective products, products that do not correspond to the order placed, or products damaged during transport or due to shipping errors by Capone Shop.
It is possible to return a product for any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery. A return can be requested in two ways:

Once the return request has been made, the item must be placed in its original packaging and include all accompanying materials. We will send the shipping label by email, which the customer must print and attach to the package. We will also arrange the pickup by the courier.
The refund will be issued after the returned products have been received. If the return does not meet the listed conditions, the refund will not be processed. Once the condition of the goods has been verified, the refund will be made within thirty (30) working days using the same payment method used for the purchase; any customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that the integrity of the returned product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, and Capone Shop will carry out the necessary checks upon return. The product must be returned together with its original packaging, related documentation, and any additional components, without exception.

Upon receiving the order, please check the condition of the packaging. If you notice any damage, accept the goods by writing the following on the delivery note: “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION”.
In the case of shipments outside the EU, if the customer fails to collect the items from customs, customs duties will be charged to the customer and deducted from the final refund amount.
