Usually the shipment takes place 24 hours after receipt of the order and these take place from Tuesday to Friday. For orders in Italy the courier used is GLS. For orders abroad we rely on DHL. For orders over the value of € 5000 we use the courier brings Ferrari values. On the day the shipment takes place we will send an email with the link through which you can track your order. In case you want to buy several items we advise you to group them in a single order so as to pay for a single shipment.
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 205/06 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and conditions indicated below.
The customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs and return costs, for the return of defective products or delivered products that do not correspond to the order placed by the customer himself or in case of damage to them due to transport or errors in shipping by Capone Shop.
You can make the return for any reason within 10 days from the moment the delivery was made. You can request the return in two ways:

Once the return has been requested, it is necessary that the object is placed in the same package and complete with all the attached materials. We will send by e-mail the waybill that the customer must print and attach on the package. It will always be our concern to fix the collection by the courier.
The refund will be made after receipt of the shipment with the returned products. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund will not be made. Once the condition of the goods has been ascertained, the refund will take place within thirty (30) working days through the same payment method used by the customer to purchase: any customs charges will be deducted from the value of the returned purchase.
It should be noted that the integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that Capone Shop will comply with the necessary checks upon return. The product must be returned together with its original packaging, related documentation, and any additional components, without exception.
Please also note that:
- at the time of receipt of the order please check the state of the packaging, if you find bad condition of the packages, accept the goods by reporting on the delivery note the words: “YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE”
- In case of shipment outside the EU, the lack of collection at customs of the items by the Customer, will determine the charge of customs duties on the final refund of the product.
You can pay for the items on the site by PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer. For the latter method you must contact us via Whatsapp or by mail. For orders with shipping in Italy less than € 1000 there is the possibility of using the cash on delivery, or paying directly to the courier on delivery.
NB: in the case of bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after receipt by Capone Shop of the payment itself.

In the store the customer can pay in cash or with credit cards. Once you have decided what to buy, it is necessary to communicate to capone Shop Customer Service via email or Whatsapp the desire to collect the object at the desired point of sale. We will communicate from which day the item will be available and from that moment the customer can go to collect it for a maximum time of 10 working days. In case of non-collection and then payment, the items will be put back on sale.
