Can shipments outside the European Union be subject to taxes or customs charges?

Yes, deliveries to a country outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties when entering an Extracee country. These taxes do not depend on Capone Shop but on the Customs of the destination country. Any tax and any customs charge shall be borne by the purchasing party. Capone Shop cannot know in advance any taxes and customs duties as they vary from country to country. We therefore invite you to inform yourself before the order of these costs because the lack of collection at customs of the items by the Customer, will determine the charge of customs duties on the final refund.

Can I make a return?

How do I enter a promotional code?

At the top of the checkout it says “Click here to enter your promo code”. At that point a drop-down menu opens in which to enter the coupon code. Once the code has been entered, the total to be paid will automatically update with the discounted amount.

What does item in the collection and on occasion mean?

The items “in the collection” are the products that are currently in the collections of the brands, they are not subject to discounts and it is possible to order them in case they are finished on our site. The items in “occasion” are items now out of production with a limited availability in stock and for this they have a discount.

How can I track my order?

Is it possible to give a timetable to the courier?

At the time of the order you can enter in the notes the time at which you would prefer to receive the delivery, we will report it to the courier. We cannot guarantee compliance with the directives on precise delivery times for the latter.

Yes, we use insured couriers for the value of the item shipped.

Are deliveries also made on public holidays?

No, deliveries take place on weekdays.

Can I enter two different addresses for shipping and billing?

Yes, in the phase of entering your data you must click on “Ship to a different address” by entering the way to deliver the shipment.

I haven't received my tracking code yet. How come?

If you have not yet received the tracking code, it means that the shipment has not yet started. As soon as it is, we will send an email with the link through you can follow your order.

Will the courier always have the change for cash on delivery?

How do I get free shipping?

In Italy, shipments are free on all items in the collection or for those on the occasion with a value above € 500. For all other countries,

Which courier is my order shipped with?

For orders in Italy the courier used is GLS. For orders abroad we rely on DHL. For orders over the value of € 5000 we use the courier brings Ferrari values.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Can I make a return?

In which cases can I make a return?

Within 10 days of delivery of the item you can make the return for any reason.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be made after receipt of the shipment with the returned products. It is necessary that the products are in the same condition in which we first shipped them, stored in their packaging and complete with all the attached materials. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund will not be made. Once the condition of the goods has been ascertained, the refund will take place within thirty (30) working days through the same payment method used by the customer to purchase: any customs charges will be deducted from the value of the returned purchase.

If I receive a damaged item, do I have to pay any expenses?

No, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs and return costs for the return of defective products or delivered products that do not correspond to the order placed, or even in case of damage due to transport or errors in shipping.

When will the new item be shipped?

The item will be shipped after the arrival of the returned product and verification of the integrity of the item. In exceptional cases, in Italy we use the GLS Exchange service. It consists in the prior verification of the object through photographic tests of the integrity of the product and the warranty seals. In that case we will ship the new product and at the same time we will take charge of the returned one.

How should I deliver the package with the returned items?

The object must be stored in the same package and complete with all attached materials. We will send by e-mail the waybill that the customer must print and attach on the package.

Do I have to book the courier for the return?

No, we will book the courier for the return of the object.

I can't pay by PayPal or Credit Card. What do I do?

By contacting us by phone we will send you our IBAN so that you can make a bank transfer.

If I choose to pay by bank transfer, how long will my order be shipped?

You have to wait until the balance has arrived on our current account to be able to start the shipment. It usually takes 2-3 working days for the payment to be visible on our bank account.

Was the payment of the order successful?

In the event that a payment has not been successful, an email will arrive in which it will be written that the order request has failed.

Is there any surcharge if I decide to pay cash on delivery?

No, the cost of the item and shipping costs will remain the same.
