Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, and shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday.

  • Italy: GLS
  • International: DHL
  • Orders over €5,000: Ferrari secure courier

Order Tracking

On the day your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you wish to purchase multiple items, we recommend grouping them into a single order so that you only pay for one delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges include packaging and postage costs; these vary depending on the total weight and delivery destination.

⚠️ Important: Upon receipt of your order, please check the condition of the packaging. If you find the parcels to be in poor condition, accept the goods and write the following on the delivery note: 'ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION'

Make a return

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 205/06, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.

Right of Withdrawal

You can return items for any reason within 10 days from the moment delivery was made.

Return Procedure

Once you have requested a return:

  1. The item must be placed back in the same packaging and complete with all attached materials
  2. You will receive the waybill via email to print and attach to the package
  3. We will arrange collection by the courier

Return Conditions

The product must be returned together with:

  • Its original packaging
  • The relevant documentation
  • Any additional components, without exception

⚠️ Important Note: The integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Capone Shop will carry out the necessary checks upon return.

Refund

The customer will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs and return costs for:

  • Defective products
  • Products that do not correspond to the order placed
  • Damage due to transport or shipping errors

The refund will be made within 30 working days following receipt of the shipment with the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any customs charges will be deducted from the value of the returned purchase.

⚠️ Non-EU Shipments: Failure to collect items at customs by the Customer will result in customs charges being deducted from the final product refund.

For orders shipped to Italy below €1,000, payment on delivery directly to the courier is available.

In-Store Pickup and Payment

You can collect your order and make payment directly at one of our stores.

In-Store Pickup Procedure

  1. Inform Customer Service (email or WhatsApp) of your wish to collect the item at your desired store
  2. You will receive confirmation of item availability
  3. You have 10 working days to collect and pay for the order
  4. If not collected, items will be put back on sale
