The Montblanc Iced Sea Automatic Date 0 Oxygen, with its dark grey gradient dial featuring a ‘glacier’ motif, gives the impression of gazing into the depths of a glacier. Inspired by the Mer de Glace, this glacial texture was achieved using an almost forgotten traditional technique known as ‘gratté-boisé’. The timepiece is housed in a 41 mm case crafted from high-grade, antique-finished stainless steel that is completely oxygen-free, featuring a unidirectional rotating bezel with a laser-engraved black ceramic insert marked from 0 to 15 minutes, a 3D engraving on the caseback, and an interchangeable black rubber strap with refined adjustments. The timepiece complies with the ISO 6425 standard for scuba diving and is water-resistant to 300 metres.
